Nitrile has a longer shelf life than natural latex, which tends to break down with exposure to the elements. As nitrile gloves are more ressistable to tears and punctures; they also can be teared up but the tear in nitrile gloves will be obvious that we can see it by naked eye; whereas it is not same with the latex gloves.
